Lewis Mills girls lacrosse plays first postseason match today

I will be covering a Western Connecticut Lacrosse Conference semifinal between Lewis Mills (8-8, 5-1 WCLC) and Watertown (2-14, 1-5 WCLC). The match will be played at 4:30 at the Harwinton Recreation Complex, located just beyond Harwinton Town Hall.
Look for updates on Twitter @kroberts023.
This is the first year of the WCLC and there are four teams currently in the league. The Spartans were the top team in the league while the Indians were last out of four teams.
The winner of today’s match will play in the WCLC final on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Watertown High School.
Lewis Mills qualified for the Class S state tournament as the No. 16 seed and will play No. 17 Housatonic (6-8) in a qualifying round match next Tuesday at Lewis Mills High School at 5 p.m.
