The Torrington High School football team finished up a 10-day spring practice session with a Red-White scrimmage on Friday at the Robert H. Frost Sports Complex.
The White team won for the second straight year, 30-18. Torrington has a small team (30 players), but there is plenty of talent. You can see that talent on display in my video. You can also catch up on what happened during the game on my live blog.
Torrington gets back to work on Monday, July 2, with running and weight-training. The regular season kicks off on Friday, Sept. 14, when the Red Raiders host Ansonia at 7 p.m. Here's the rest of Torrington's schedule.
